WARRANTY POLICY
• BRILLANT offers a free 3-month warranty for S925 silver jewelry, covering technical issues such as fallen stones, clasp adjustments, and spring replacements.
• Free polishing and cleaning are provided throughout the product’s lifetime.
• Free replacement of CZ and synthetic stones within the product’s warranty period. The replacement process takes 5-7 days.
• For natural stones, the replacement process takes 12-14 days.
- + Customer-caused damage: A service fee applies for stone replacement.
- + Manufacturer defects: Stones are replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
• Size adjustments (increase or decrease) are subject to BRILLANT’s pricing policy.
• From the 4th to the 12th month, repairs and maintenance for damages during use will be provided for a fee, depending on the issue.
• Beyond 12 months, BRILLANT will assess the product’s condition before deciding whether repairs can be carried out (service fees apply).
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
• Necklaces or bracelets broken due to physical impact, or severely deformed/damaged items that cannot be repaired.
• Products not sold by BRILLANT.
