Defective products due to manufacturer errors:

Support 1-for-1 exchange if a manufacturing defect is detected within 3 days (from the time of receiving the product).

Product exchange:

Products of equal or higher value can be exchanged within 7 days from the time of receiving the product, applicable only to products that remain intact (not bent/dented/scratched, etc., no physical damage).

The value of the exchanged product is based on the current selling price.

Only one exchange is allowed, counted from the first purchase date.

For defective products due to manufacturer errors, customers can exchange unlimited times.

Exchange and return costs:

Exchange for defective products due to manufacturer errors: Brillant will cover all costs.

Online exchange: The shipping cost for product exchange (both ways) will be supported by Brillant at 50%.

Brillant does not apply exchanges or returns in the following cases:

Customers have purchased products at a discounted price during a sale-off.

The product has been used.

The product is damaged due to usage.

Refund policy:

Brillant refunds in cases where the product defect is entirely from Brillant, not as described.

Example: The product is ordered in yellow but received in silver, or the material does not match the committed description. Brillant refuses refunds if the customer uses the product incorrectly against Brillant’s instructions.

Refund processing time: Within 5 days from the time both parties agree on a refund decision due to a product defect from Brillant.

Brillant does not refund deposits for custom-ordered products (sizes beyond the available ones, customized modifications, special design requests, etc.) within the agreed timeframe. The reason is that once an order is placed, the production department immediately begins manufacturing, incurring significant costs. Customers should carefully consider before placing a custom order. Beyond the committed timeframe, customers can request order cancellation without any cost.
